Art. 314 Summary proceedings

1If the de­cision was rendered in sum­mary pro­ceed­ings, the dead­line for fil­ing the ap­peal and the an­swer to ap­peal is in each case 10 days.

2A cross ap­peal is not ad­miss­ible.
