Art. 407 Arbitration
1The validity of arbitration agreements concluded before the commencement of this Code is governed by the law that favours the agreement. 2Arbitration proceedings that are pending on the commencement of this Code are governed by the previous law. The parties may, however, agree on the application of the new law. 3Appellate remedies are governed by the law in force when notice of the arbitral award is given to the parties. 4Judicial proceedings under Article 356 that are pending on the commencement of this Code are governed by the previous law. |
