Art. 144 Extension

1Stat­utory lim­it­a­tion peri­ods may not be ex­ten­ded.

2Lim­it­a­tion peri­ods set by the court may be ex­ten­ded for good reas­on if the re­quest to do so is made be­fore the peri­od ex­pires.
