Art. 209 Authorisation to proceed
1If no agreement is reached, the conciliation authority records this fact and grants authorisation to proceed:

3The plaintiff is entitled to file the action in court within three months of authorisation to proceed being granted. 4The deadline is 30 days in disputes over the tenancy and lease of residential and business property or the lease of agricultural property. Other statutory or judicial filing deadlines are reserved. |
