This translation is provided for information purposes only and has no legal force.1The court at the last domicile of the deceased has jurisdiction over actions under the law of succession as well as actions for the division of the marital property on the death of a spouse or a registered partner. 2The authorities at the last domicile of the deceased have mandatory jurisdiction over measures in connection with succession. If death did not occur at the domicile, the authorities at the place of death shall notify the authorities at the place of domicile and take the necessary measures to ensure the conservation of the assets situated at the place of death. 3Independent actions for the allocation on death of an agricultural enterprise or agricultural land may also be brought before the court at the place where the property is located. |
