Art. 90 Combination of actions

The plaintiff may com­bine two or more claims against the same party in one ac­tion, if:

a.
they are with­in the ma­ter­i­al jur­is­dic­tion of the same court; and
b.
they are sub­ject to the same type of pro­ced­ure.
