Art. 21 Declaration of death and declaration of presumed death

The court at the last known dom­i­cile of the miss­ing per­son has man­dat­ory jur­is­dic­tion over ap­plic­a­tions re­lat­ing to a de­clar­a­tion of death or de­clar­a­tion of pre­sumed death (Art. 34 to 38 CC21).
