¹ In the event that a party fails to at­tend the main hear­ing, the court shall con­sider the sub­mis­sions made in ac­cord­ance with this Code. Moreover, and sub­ject to Art­icle 153, it may rely on the rep­res­ent­a­tions of the party present and on the in­form­a­tion on file.

² If both parties fail to at­tend, the pro­ceed­ings are dis­missed as ground­less. The court costs are shared equally between the parties.
