¹ De­cisions are en­forced ac­cord­ing to the pro­vi­sions of this chapter.

² If a de­cision relates to the pay­ment of money or pro­vi­sion of se­cur­ity, it is en­forced ac­cord­ing to the pro­vi­sions of the DEBA¹⁷¹.

³ The re­cog­ni­tion, the de­clar­a­tion of en­force­ab­il­ity and the en­force­ment of for­eign de­cisions are gov­erned by this chapter, un­less an in­ter­na­tion­al treaty or the PILA¹⁷² provides oth­er­wise.
