Art. 364 Acceptance of office

1 The ar­bit­rat­ors shall con­firm ac­cept­ance of their of­fice.

2 The ar­bit­ral tribunal is con­sti­tuted only when all the ar­bit­rat­ors have ac­cep­ted their of­fice.
