¹ If the court up­holds the re­quest for a re­view, it shall quash its earli­er de­cision and make a new one.

² In the new de­cision, the court shall also de­cide on the costs of the earli­er pro­ceed­ings.

³ It shall give no­tice of its de­cision to the parties to­geth­er with a writ­ten state­ment of grounds.
