Art. 1 Subject matter

This Act reg­u­lates the per­miss­ib­il­ity of build­ing new homes and of mak­ing changes to the struc­ture and use of ex­ist­ing homes in com­munes with a pro­por­tion of second homes ex­ceed­ing 20 per cent.
