Art. 41 Protection of foreign interests

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion may pro­tect the in­terests of in­di­vidu­als or leg­al en­tit­ies from a for­eign coun­try. The Fed­er­al Coun­cil has de­cision-mak­ing au­thor­ity in this re­gard.

2 Pro­tec­tion of such in­terests may not go bey­ond the pro­tec­tion gran­ted to Swiss na­tion­als.
