Art. 19 Bureau for the Equality of Persons with Disabilities

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall es­tab­lish a Bur­eau for the Equal­ity of Per­sons with Dis­ab­il­it­ies. This shall in par­tic­u­lar pro­mote:

a.
in­form­a­tion on the stat­utory prin­ciples and guidelines on pre­vent­ing, re­du­cing or elim­in­at­ing dis­crim­in­a­tion against people with dis­ab­il­it­ies;
b.
pro­grammes and cam­paigns un­der Art­icles 16 and 18;
c.
ana­lyses and sur­veys re­lat­ing to equal rights and the in­teg­ra­tion of per­sons with dis­ab­il­it­ies;
d.
co­ordin­a­tion of the activ­it­ies of pub­lic and private or­gan­isa­tions in this field.
