Art. 29e

1 The can­ton­al gov­ern­ments shall re­port to the Fed­er­al Coun­cil reg­u­larly on the im­ple­ment­a­tion of this Act and the ob­ser­va­tions made in do­ing so, and shall provide the re­quired data (Art. 29c para. 2).

2 The can­tons must no­ti­fy the Fed­er­al Of­fice of Po­lice promptly in ac­cord­ance with the pro­vi­sions of the Fed­er­al Act of 7 Oc­to­ber 1994118 on the Cent­ral Of­fices of the Fed­er­al Crim­in­al Po­lice of any pro­sec­u­tions ini­ti­ated due to of­fences against this Act. The rel­ev­ant in­form­a­tion shall be trans­mit­ted elec­tron­ic­ally or entered dir­ectly in the data pro­cessing sys­tems of the Fed­er­al Of­fice of Po­lice. The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall reg­u­late the de­tails.
