Art. 112c Aid for elderly people and people with disabilities*

1The Can­tons shall provide for as­sist­ance and care in the home for eld­erly people and people with dis­ab­il­it­ies.

2The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall sup­port na­tion­al ef­forts for the be­ne­fit of eld­erly people and people with dis­ab­il­it­ies. For this pur­pose, it may use re­sources from the Old-age, Sur­viv­ors and In­valid­ity In­sur­ance.
