Art. 50 Record-keeping duty

The se­cur­it­ies firm must keep a re­cord of the or­ders and trans­ac­tions it con­ducts to­geth­er with all the de­tails ne­ces­sary for their trace­ab­il­ity and for the su­per­vi­sion of its activ­ity.
