¹ Ca­das­tral Sur­vey­ing must be ap­proved by the re­spons­ible can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies.

² The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall is­sue reg­u­la­tions con­cern­ing the main fea­tures of the pro­cesses and in par­tic­u­lar con­cern­ing:

a.

the data and maps that are sub­ject to ap­prov­al;

b.

the re­quire­ments for ap­prov­al;

c.

the co-op­er­a­tion of the fed­er­al au­thor­it­ies;

d.

the of­fi­cial pub­lic re­view pro­cess;

e.

the pro­ced­ur­al rights of those who have an in­terest in the prop­erty.
