Art. 23 Performance of the test

1The test can only ad­dress the ge­net­ic pre­dis­pos­i­tion rel­ev­ant to the par­tic­u­lar post. At­tempt­ing to ac­quire oth­er ge­net­ic data is for­bid­den.

2Ge­net­ic coun­selling as stip­u­lated in Art­icle 14 must be provided be­fore and after the test.

3The sample must be des­troyed on com­ple­tion of the test.
