Art. 30 Suitable agricultural land

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall en­sure, in par­tic­u­lar with plan­ning meas­ures, that suf­fi­cient and suit­able ag­ri­cul­tur­al land is main­tained, in par­tic­u­lar crop ro­ta­tion areas, so that the coun­try has a suf­fi­cient sup­ply basis in times of severe short­ages.
