Art. 72d Consent

1The de­struc­tion of the goods re­quires the con­sent of the de­clar­ant, hold­er or own­er.

2Con­sent is deemed to be giv­en if the de­clar­ant, hold­er or own­er does not ex­pressly ob­ject to the de­struc­tion with­in the time lim­its un­der Art­icle 72 para­graphs 2 and 3.
