Art. 28 Repeal of current legislation

The fol­low­ing are re­pealed:

a.
die Im­ple­ment­a­tion Or­din­ance of 27 Decem­ber 196677 to the Fed­er­al Act on the Pro­tec­tion of Nature and Cul­tur­al Her­it­age;
b.
the Fed­er­al Coun­cil De­cree of 6 June 198878 on the Ap­plic­a­tion of Art­icle 18d NCHA.
