3. Death of the less­ee

 

In the event of the death of the less­ee, his heirs and the lessor may ter­min­ate the con­tract by giv­ing the leg­ally pre­scribed no­tice ex­pir­ing on the next ad­miss­ible ter­min­a­tion date.
