Art. 17 Passing of Parts 1 and 2 of the examination and resitting the substitute examination

1Parts 1 and 2 of the ex­am­in­a­tion in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 12 para­graph 1 are deemed to have been passed when the per­son:

a.
has passed both pa­pers A and B of the ex­am­in­a­tion; or
b.
has passed the European qual­i­fy­ing ex­am­in­a­tion in full.

2Parts 1 and 2 of the sub­sti­tute ex­am­in­a­tion taken in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 12 para­graph 2 are deemed to have been passed if both parts of the ex­am­in­a­tion have been passed in­di­vidu­ally.

3Any per­son who twice fails one part of the sub­sti­tute ex­am­in­a­tion taken in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 12 para­graph 2 shall be ex­cluded from any fur­ther ex­am­in­a­tions.
