¹The Ex­am­in­a­tion Com­mit­tee is re­spons­ible for the re­cog­ni­tion of for­eign pat­ent at­tor­ney ex­am­in­a­tions.

²It de­cides by is­su­ing a writ­ten rul­ing on the re­cog­ni­tion of the for­eign pat­ent at­tor­ney ex­am­in­a­tion and on the con­tent and con­duct of a qual­i­fy­ing ex­am­in­a­tion.

³The Agree­ment of 21 June 1999⁴ between the Swiss Con­fed­er­a­tion and the European Com­munity and its Mem­ber States on the Free Move­ment of Per­sons ap­plies to the re­cog­ni­tion of for­eign pat­ent at­tor­ney ex­am­in­a­tions for the per­sons sub­ject to this agree­ment.
