Art. 106 Capacity to act
1The party may validly carry out procedural acts only if he or she has the capacity to act. 2A person lacking the capacity to act shall be represented by his or her statutory representative. 3A person with capacity of judgement who lacks the capacity to act may, in addition to his or her legal agent, exercise procedural rights that are of a highly personal nature. |
