Art. 62 General duties

1 The dir­ect­or of pro­ceed­ings makes the ar­range­ments re­quired to guar­an­tee the law­ful and or­derly con­duct of the pro­ceed­ings.

2 In court pro­ceed­ings be­fore a pan­el of judges, the dir­ect­or of pro­ceed­ings holds all the powers that are not re­served to the court.
