Art. 111 Guarantee of payment 115

1 Pay­ment is guar­an­teed with­in the frame­work of the pro­vi­sions of Art­icle 30bis116 OCS.

2 The pro­vi­sions in­clude, as min­im­um, de­tails of the con­tract­ing parties, the ser­vices to be car­ried out by each, the pay­ment con­di­tions and pro­ced­ures and the proof that the work has been com­pleted.

3 The Fed­er­al Dir­ect­or­ate of Ca­das­tral Sur­vey­ing spe­cifies the doc­u­ments to be provided for each work.
