Art. 26 Types of information in general

1 The pro­viders con­cerned shall provide the fol­low­ing types of in­form­a­tion on tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices or de­rived com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices:

a.
in­form­a­tion on sub­scribers (Art. 35, 40, 42 and 43 to­geth­er with Art. 27 in con­junc­tion with Art. 35, 40, 42 and 43);
b.
in­form­a­tion on ser­vices (Art. 36–39 and 41);
c.
oth­er in­form­a­tion:
1.
in­form­a­tion on the meth­od of pay­ment (Art. 44),
2.
re­quests for cop­ies of iden­tity doc­u­ments (Art. 45),
3.
re­quests for cop­ies of in­voices (Art. 46),
4.
re­quests for cop­ies of con­tracts (Art. 47),
5.
in­form­a­tion on tech­nic­al data re­lat­ing to tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions sys­tems and net­work ele­ments (Art. 48).

2 The au­thor­it­ies may only re­quest the in­form­a­tion that pro­viders are re­quired to provide in ac­cord­ance with the pro­ced­ures defined in this Or­din­ance.
