1 The quality of the data transmitted is acceptable if:

a.
the data delivery meets the requirements specified by the FDJP;
b.
the data is delivered without loss of data and without interruptions; and
c.

2 The persons or entities required to cooperate are responsible for the quality of the transmitted information and surveillance data up to the point of delivery.

3 If a provider or the PTSS identifies any defects in the quality of the data transmitted, they shall inform each other without delay. The PTSS shall determine the seriousness of the defects and the procedure for their rectification after consulting the provider. The provider and the PTSS shall inform each other regularly and promptly about the status of the rectification of defects.
