Art. 62 Surveillance Type HD_30_EMAIL: retroactive surveillance of secondary telecommunications data in the case of email services

Sur­veil­lance Type HD_30_E­MAIL com­prises the ret­ro­act­ive sur­veil­lance of sec­ond­ary tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions data of an email -ser­vice. The fol­low­ing sec­ond­ary tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions data of the past tele­com­mu­nic­a­tion sent, pro­cessed or re­ceived via the ser­vice un­der sur­veil­lance must be trans­mit­ted:

a.
the date, the time, the type of event, the sub­scriber iden­ti­fi­ers, if ap­plic­able the ali­as ad­dress, the sender and re­cip­i­ent ad­dresses, the pro­tocol used, the IP ad­dresses of the serv­er and the cli­ent, and, if ap­plic­able, the de­liv­ery status of the mes­sage in the case of the fol­low­ing events: send­ing, re­ceipt, mail­box log-in, mail­box log-out and in the case of the fol­low­ing events, if avail­able: down­load­ing, up­load­ing, de­le­tion, pro­cessing, ad­di­tion of a mes­sage;
b.
the IP ad­dresses and names of the send­ing and re­ceiv­ing email serv­ers.
