Art. 68 Wanted person search

The fol­low­ing types of sur­veil­lance may be ordered for a search for con­victed per­sons in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 36 SPTA; “wanted per­son search” must be in­dic­ated in the sur­veil­lance or­der as the reas­on for sur­veil­lance (Art. 49 para. 1 let. e):

a.
one of the types of real-time sur­veil­lance of the con­tent and sec­ond­ary tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions data of net­work ac­cess ser­vices or ap­plic­a­tions in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 55, 57 or 59;
b.
one of the types of real-time sur­veil­lance of sec­ond­ary tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions data of net­work ac­cess ser­vices or ap­plic­a­tions in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 54, 56 or 58;
c.
one of the types of ret­ro­act­ive sur­veil­lance in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 60–63;
d.
an an­tenna search in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 66 and the cor­res­pond­ing pre­par­a­tions in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 64 and 65.
