Art. 69

Sur­veil­lance in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 56–59, 61 and 62 also in­cludes tele­com­mu­nic­a­tion car­ried out via the ser­vices un­der sur­veil­lance that can be as­signed to the iden­ti­fi­er un­der sur­veil­lance (tar­get ID) even if the iden­ti­fi­er un­der sur­veil­lance is not ad­min­istered by the pro­vider giv­en the as­sign­ment.
