Art. 70 Organisational, administrative and technical regulations

The FD­JP shall is­sue the or­gan­isa­tion­al, ad­min­is­trat­ive and tech­nic­al reg­u­la­tions on con­duct­ing sur­veil­lance of post and tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions. In par­tic­u­lar, it shall de­term­ine the dead­lines with­in which the rel­ev­ant data must be sup­plied.
