Art. 8 Recording telephone calls as evidence

1 The PTSS shall re­cord as evid­ence the tele­phone calls made in con­nec­tion with its du­ties.

2 Any eval­u­ations of the re­cord­ing shall be car­ried out by Data Pro­tec­tion Com­mis­sion­er or the PTSS Data Pro­tec­tion Com­mis­sion­er.

3 The PTTS shall re­tain the re­cor­ded tele­phone calls for two years and there­after des­troy the re­cord­ings.
