Art. 1b Operating and servicing weapons systems 8

1 The op­er­a­tion of weapons sys­tems com­prises the use of war ma­ter­i­el pur­su­ant to the WMA9 with a view to armed or se­cur­ity forces con­duct­ing ex­er­cises.

2 The ser­vi­cing of weapons sys­tems com­prises the main­ten­ance or re­pair of war ma­ter­i­el pur­su­ant to the WMA for the be­ne­fit of armed or se­cur­ity forces.
