Art. 9a Amendments under the WTO

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil is au­thor­ized to modi­fy the Gen­er­al Tar­iff tem­por­ar­ily if an amend­ment to the LIX-Switzer­land-Liecht­en­stein list2 is pro­vi­sion­ally be­ing ap­plied.
