Art. 23k

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall provide the can­tons with glob­al fin­an­cial as­sist­ance with­in the lim­its of the au­thor­ised cred­its and on the basis of pro­gramme agree­ments for the es­tab­lish­ment, op­er­a­tion and qual­ity as­sur­ance of parks of na­tion­al im­port­ance provided:

a.
the parks ful­fil the re­quire­ments of Art­icle 23j para­graph 1 let­ters a and b;
b.
reas­on­able self-fin­an­cing meas­ures and oth­er fund­ing meth­ods are in­suf­fi­cient;
c.
the meas­ures are cost-ef­fect­ive and are im­ple­men­ted pro­fes­sion­ally.

2 The amount of fin­an­cial as­sist­ance is de­term­ined by the ef­fect­ive­ness of the meas­ures.
