Art. 19 Relation to ecological services in agriculture 45

The com­pens­at­ory pay­ments made un­der Art­icle 18 shall be re­duced by the amount of any sub­sidies provided for the same eco­lo­gic­al ser­vice in re­la­tion to ag­ri­cul­tur­al land used or farmed in terms of Art­icles 55-62 of the Dir­ect Pay­ments Or­din­ance 23. Oc­to­ber 201346.
