on the Security Units of Public Transport Companies
(PTSO)

1 The trans­port com­pany or the se­cur­ity un­der­tak­ing shall sub­mit the fol­low­ing doc­u­ments to the FOT:

a.

the in­struc­tions is­sued to se­cur­ity per­son­nel;

b.

oth­er doc­u­ments and in­form­a­tion re­quired by the FOT in the ex­er­cise of its reg­u­lat­ory role.

2 The trans­port com­pany or the se­cur­ity un­der­tak­ing shall sub­mit to the FOT by the end of March of each year a re­port on the activ­it­ies of se­cur­ity units in the pre­ced­ing year. The mat­ters to be dealt with in such activ­ity re­ports are set out in the an­nex hereto.

3 The trans­port com­pany and the se­cur­ity un­der­tak­ing shall im­me­di­ately no­ti­fy the FOT of any events which sig­ni­fic­antly hinder the ful­fil­ment of their tasks.
