Art. 36 Obtaining expert opinions

1 The In­vest­ig­a­tion Bur­eau may ob­tain ex­pert opin­ions.

2 The pro­ced­ure is gov­erned by Art­icles 182, 183 para­graph 1, 184 with the ex­cep­tion of para­graph 2 let­ter f and para­graph 7, 185 with the ex­cep­tion of an ap­pear­ance en­forced by the po­lice in para­graph 4, 187, 189 and 190 Crim­PC22.
