Art. 37 Maritime navigation: Compulsory measures

The com­puls­ory meas­ures provided for in this Or­din­ance (Art. 31–36) only ap­ply in the case of mari­time nav­ig­a­tion to the ex­tent that they have a basis in the Nav­ig­a­tion Act23.
